I then cheated and got the "installer_item_hash" from an existing SPSS 22 install. Makepkginfo spss_22.dmg -owner=root -group=admin -mode=go-w -item="spss_22_install" -destinationpath="/tmp" > spss_22.plist We simply did a "copy_from_dmg" with an associated post-install script: If your "installer.properties" file is configured correctly, the installer will activate the software as part of its' routine. ![]() Bundle it all into a folder in a new "spss_22.dmg". The DMG contains one, you should simply edit this with your options and auth code. ![]() It is not necessary to echo out an "installer.properties" file as part of the install. Both are available through your IBM downloads. And a copy of "Authorized_User_License_Administrator_Guide.pdf". Just figured I'd send along our recipe for getting SPSS 22 working with single authorized installs.įirst get a copy of "SPSS_Statistics_22_mac_silent.dmg". ![]()
